       java.lang.String pMessageKey,
       java.lang.String pMessage,
       java.lang.Object[] pParameters)

Receive a message.

Parameters:

pLevel - One of the message level identifiers, e.g. SEVERE

pMessageKey - The identifier of the message

pMessage - The message text

pParameters - The parameters for the message
