DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
Re-computes the delay of the maximum path from _s_t_a_r_t to _e_n_d with tran-
       sitions _d_i_r on
_s_t_a_r_t and _e_n_d, from the timing figure _f_i_g_n_a_m_e, with voltage _a_l_i_m and
temperature _t_e_m_p. _i_n___s_l_o_p_e is applied on _s_t_a_r_t and _o_u_t___c_a_p_a is set on
_e_n_d. If _t_e_m_p and _a_l_i_m are negative or 0, the timing figure _f_i_g_n_a_m_e is
       used.
         eg. ttv_ComputeMaxPathDelay(circuit, _r_e_s_e_t_[_3_], _i_n_t_e_r_n_a_l_r_e_s_e_t, _u_d,
       200, 1e-15, 2.5, 70) returns the delay between _r_e_s_e_t_[_3_] rising and
_i_n_t_e_r_n_a_l_r_e_s_e_t falling with an input slope of 200ps and 1fF on _i_n_t_e_r_n_a_l_-
_r_e_s_e_t when voltage is 2.5V and temperature 70C.
         Returns 0 on failure.
