To request that your account be permanently deleted, follow the instructions on the wiki project page which explain how to use this template.
This template should only ever be used by an actual account-owner on their own user page .
An account owner may place this template on their user page to request that their account be permanently deleted from the wiki.
Pages on which this template is used get included in Category:Account removal requests so that the wiki admins can get an overview of pending requests.
Remember to
check that the account deletion request was issued from the
correct account
.
