Min - returns the smallest element of an array
array Min -> min element
[8 4 3 6 9 5] Min --> 3
This function finds the smallest element in a list, DoubleVector or intVector.
To process heterogeneous arrays, the operator lt must be supported between
any pair of objects in the list.

Replacess arr::Min in future versions.
