Description: terminal text effects, a Rust port of TerminalTextEffects
ttfx plays TerminalTextEffects' animations over text in a terminal. It is a
parity port: given the same input, effect, configuration and seed it writes
the same frames, byte for byte, as the Python original, from one native
binary with no interpreter behind it.
