  * The return of check_perf_threshold was not checked correctly. Fixed the
    string of the return status.

  * Switched to single GPU support as it is easy to define multiple
    check_gpu_sensor plugin calls with different device IDs/PCI bus strings.
  * A valid device ID or a PCI Bus ID is now required. The IDs specify the
    gpu device to query, the safest way is via the PCI Bus ID as it is not
    ensured that device IDs stay persistent across reboots. Get the IDs with 
    the nvidia-smi tool of the nvidia driver.

     * Nagios NRPE Server 2.12-5 on an Ubuntu Remote host

  * Information about driver setup
     * NVIDIA driver version
     * NVML version
