About TakeaBreak
----------------
TakeaBreak is a background script which changes the state of the computer in such a way that you are more or less unavoidavly suggested to take a break (depending on the chosen "effect")

How to use
----------
Usage should be pretty clear, and so are the options to choose. Only the "smart resume" might need a little explanation: the option makes the script start counting work- time only from the moment the user actually starts working (end of idle time, when either keyboard or mouse is being touched).

Miscellaneous
-------------
TakeaBreak was initiated by a question on Ask Ubuntu. Thanks to orschiro for the nice question, and Rinzwind for the encouragement.
