"UpdateTab" Stored Procedure

This stored procedure is used by the TabLayout administration page to update the settings of the specified tab. The input parameters include the item's primary key (TabID), plus display name, security roles and mobile settings for the tab.

Tabs:  Each record in the Tabs table defines the name and access permissions for a tab in the selected portal. The primary key in this table is the TabID identity field.
