Parameters:

orb - ORB to use

magic - Magic number

scid - ID of template

is - stream to read from

JIDLObjectKeyTemplate

 OctetSeqHolder osh)

This constructor reads a complete ObjectKey (template and Id) from the stream.

Parameters:

orb - ORB to use

osh - Holder for Octet
