Constructs a new builder of XmlStreamWriter.

                    throws java.io.IOException

Builds a new XmlStreamWriter.

You must set an aspect that supports AbstractStreamBuilder.getOutputStream() on this builder, otherwise, this method throws an exception.

This builder uses the following aspects:

• AbstractStreamBuilder.getOutputStream()
• AbstractStreamBuilder.getCharset()

Returns:

a new instance.

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalStateException - if the origin is null.

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException - if the origin cannot be converted to an OutputStream.

java.io.IOException - if an I/O error occurs converting to an OutputStream using AbstractStreamBuilder.getOutputStream().
