The support infrastructure for repository connectors to apply checksum policies when validating the integrity of downloaded files.

ChecksumPolicy	A checksum policy gets employed by repository connectors to validate the integrity of a downloaded file.
ChecksumPolicyProvider	Assists repository connectors in applying checksum policies to downloaded resources.
ProvidedChecksumsSource	Deprecated. This interface is not used anymore, use `ProvidedChecksumsSource`.
