public class AxisIteratorOverSequence<T extends NodeInfo> extends java.lang.Object implements AxisIterator<T>
This class wraps any SequenceIterator as an AxisIterator. It must only be used if it is known that the underlying SequenceIterator will always return nodes, and will never throw an exception.

This may enable the supplier to release resources. Closing the iterator terminates that thread and means that it needs to do no additional work. Indeed, failing to close the iterator may cause the push thread to hang waiting for the buffer to be emptied.)
