        Start to visit the given BasicBlock.
        Parameters:
        basicBlock - a BasicBlock in the Path being visited

        Visit an InstructionHandle within the BasicBlock currently being visited.
        Parameters:
        handle - an InstructionHandle within the current BasicBlock
