Add a signal handler for SIGUSR1.

The handler ensures that the manager is not deregistered when it is shutdown.

start()[source]¶

Start a service.

stop()[source]¶

Stop a service.

Parameters:	graceful – indicates whether to wait for all threads to finish or terminate them instantly
