               Driver Installation for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0

  Getting Started
  ---------------
  The following example illustrates the installation of the adapter
  card.  

  Installation Procedure
  ----------------------
  1.  The Windows NT 4.0 CD-ROM or diskettes are needed for the following
      procedure.

  2.  Insert the network adapter into your computer and power up your
      Windows NT 4.0 system normally.

  3.  After the system boots up properly,In the Control Panel window, 
      double-click on the "Networks" icon.   

  4.  Select the "Adapters" menu tab. Click on the "Add" button.

  5.  Click on "Have disk".

  6.  Insert the driver disk into the floppy drive.  Enter the drive leter
      where the Drivers and Diagnostics disk is inserted.

      Enter "A:\" if the drive letter for the floppy drive is A, then Click
      " OK".

  7.  Select the "FN300 series 10/100M PCI Network Adapter", then Click OK.

  8.  Windows NT will copy the driver files from the driver disk.  It also
      will pop up with the Configure Network Adapter window.  You can change
      the "Speed/Duplex mode" ,"Network Address" and "Early Tx threshold " 
      parameters, then Click "CLOSE".
     
      Caution: Unless necessary, do not modify the "Network Address" field.
      The driver will use the default unique Ethernet address contained in
      the serial ROM on the adapter.       
      
  9. Then Windows NT will show Microsoft TCP/IP Properties Windows , you
     can choice "Obtain an IP address from a DHCP server" or "Specify an IP
     Address"    

  10. After completing the file copy process, Windows NT will prompt you for
      reboot the PC.  Click on YES to restart the system.
