NOTE:  This directory is only a temporary solution and will be deleted after
the next release of ISIS (3.1.15).  It is needed because the MESSENGER mission
has added planetary ephmeris updates to its spacecraft SPK and the planetary
SPK (namely, de405.bsp) is loaded last, thus overriding the spacecraft SPK.

Modifications have been made to the ISIS Spice class that corrects the load
order, making this temporary fix obsolete.  Any ISIS version after 3.1.14
does not need this fix and this directory should be deleted.
