REBOOT - Forces a warm or cold system reboot

     SYNOPSIS:

          REBOOT [/V] [/S]

     DESCRIPTION:

REBOOT forces the system to restart. By default, the REBOOT
causes a "warm" boot, which is the same as pressing the
          reset button on the computer.

     OPTIONS:

/C - Forces a "cold" boot, which is the same as
power-cycling the computer. Sometimes a cold boot is
necessary to properly reset an unstable system.

/V - Asks user to verify that they wish to proceed with the
          reboot.
