Improved features of the new command.com versus FREECOM's command.com

    * The new command.com is more compatible with batch files written
      for MS-DOS's

    * The new command.com does not require a space in the DIR command
you can type "CD\SOMEDIR" and the new command.com will happily
change to the \SOMEDIR directory. Under FREECOM, you have to
put a space between CD and \SOMEDIR.

    * The new command.com processes IF statements the same as MS-DOS

Unimplemented or different features of the new command.com versus
MS-DOS command.com

    * Piping between commands is not yet implemented, although you can
pipe output to a file or pipe input from a file.

    * Some commands are recognized but are unimplemented, they are:
MORE, and SET (when invoked without args)

    * Some commands are incomplete, they are TIME, DATE

    * Some built-in commands should really be separate executables and
not built-in, they are: CHOICE, MORE, PAUSE, XCOPY.

    * Some commands are not even recognized but should be, they are:
      FOR, SHIFT
