How To Make Free Calls With A Cellular Phone Without Cloning

                                BY TRON

There are several ways to make free calls with a cellular phone that does
not have service without the hassle of cloning, or if you have a phone
that can't be cloned or you don't want to buy the expensive equipment
required to clone it, or make cables etc then here are a few ways to do it
from home with little risk.

1.) Roaming Networks

To reach the American Roaming Network (or other roaming network, depending
on where your are), put your phone on the alternate carrier side so your
phone says roam, then dial 0 and send and it should tell you your call is
being forwarded.

At this point you should be connected to an automated system, from
here you have a couple billing options:

First you enter the area code and number your calling, then for a calling
card you enter the card number and pin, for credit cards you enter the
card number, then it will prompt you for the experation date, next it will
ask for the numeric part of the street address (i.e. if the address is 123
5th street you enter 123), then the zip code o the billing address.

Most of the roaming networks will take Mastercard, American Express, and
most local and long distance company calling cards.

If the number is busy or doesnt answer you can press * and either leave a
voice message that the system will try to deliver or dial another number.
If you want to dial another number and you used a credit card you have to
enter the zip code again after you enter the number to dial.

You can also make 3rd party and collect calls by dialing 0 instead of the
calling or credit card number, then you'll be connected to a live
operator, tell them you would like to place a call. they'll ask you how
you want to bill the call.
You can set up the greeting on a direct dial voice mail box so it sounds
like someone is there and will accept the charges, the operator has to read a
script so you have to ajust the timing to get it just right.

They will not bill 3rd party or collect calls to 800 numbers, nor will
they place calls to 800 numbers charged to a 3rd party or calling card.

2.) Social Engineering

Another way is to dial 611 and tell the customer support person that your
having trouble getting through to the area your trying to call and could
they try to place the call for you, this works about 50% of the time.
It helps to have the name and cell number who has service with that
provider in case they ask for it. They might ask for the persons social
security number too, so be prepared. Dumpster diving at a cell store is
the easist way to get the info you'll need.

3.) Setting Up Service With Someone Else's Info

The best way, and the one i perfer to cloning, is to get someones
information and set up service in their name, which will last up to a
month depending on when you set it up and their billing cycle.

The best place to get the information you'll need is from a place that
does credit checks like a bank or car dealership.
Make sure they have a good credit rating like A or B so they wont need a
deposit, you'll need a name, address, social security number, drivers
license number, and work info (if you dont have that work info say your a
self employed contractor or cpa, and your home number is also your work
number).
You'll also need a cell phone that is not stolen or on the deny list for
oweing money to the cellco, they will not activate the phone if its hot or
on the deny list.

Also find and write down the electronic serial number, you'll need that
too. It on the back of the phone under the battery (its either a 8 digit
hexidecimal or 11 digit decimal number), or you can get it by
dialing *376 on some systems.

Then you need to call the local cell provider (look em up in the phone
book, or dial 611 on the cell phone (not the ne your gonna activate)), and
tell them you want to set up service on a phone you have.
Let them tell you about different service plans, get the free
weekend/evening minutes so you dont run up a bill so fast. Then they'll
ask for your "information" and esn, they'll want to call you back with
your new cell number, tell them your out and ask for a number to call them
back at, they shouldn't have a problem with this.
Then call them back and they'll tell you how to program the new number,
sid, ipc, etc.

Also ask when the billing cycle ends and when the bill is sent out, you'll
want to stop using the phone when the person gets the bill.
Make sure you ask for 3 way calling, call forwarding, etc, there always
usefull features to have.

You can also set up service by calling and saying that your a current
customer and want to add a second phone to your service.
I've been able to do this with just a subscribers name, mobile number, and
social security number.

4.) Roaming

Thanks to our friends at the FCC, cell carriers must honor roaming
agreements made wiht other carriers.

By taking a phone with no service to an area served by a different pair of
carriers you can place calls by just dialing the number you want to call.
It will take the carrier a few calls to catch on to this, when they do
you'll get a fast repeating tone when you try to place a call.
Changing your mobile number, initial paging channel, and system id will
work for a while till they figure it out and block you competly.

I'll keep updating this file as needed when i find more ways to make calls
or when the above information changes.
