_E_s_t_i_m_a_t_e _t_h_e _c_o_e_f_f_i_c_i_e_n_t _o_f _v_a_r_i_a_n_c_e _m_a_t_r_i_x _o_f _L_u_m_i_B_a_t_c_h _o_b_j_e_c_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

_U_s_a_g_e:

     estimateLumiCV(x.lumi, ifPlot = FALSE, ...)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

  x.lumi: a LumiBatch object 

  ifPlot: determince whether to plot the density plot or not 

     ...: optional arguments to 'plot'.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     The coefficient of variance is the ratio of the mean and variance
     of the bead expression values. Basically, it is the ration of
     'exprs'  and 'se.exprs' element  of 'LumiBatch' object.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     A matrix of coefficient of variance
