Per read width plot

Description

Creates bar graph of per read width from all elements of input list.

Usage

rqcReadWidthCalc(rqcResultSet)

rqcReadWidthPlot(rqcResultSet)

Arguments

rqcResultSet

list of RqcResultSet objects created by rqc and rqcQA functions.

Value

Plot object from ggplot function.
