Creates a line graph of per cycle percentual GC.

Usage

rqcCycleGCCalc(rqcResultSet)

rqcCycleGCPlot(rqcResultSet)

Arguments

list of RqcResultSet objects created by rqc and rqcQA functions.

Value

Plot object from ggplot function.
