Produce a diffusion map plot of two components for an SingleCellExperiment dataset.

The function DiffusionMap is used internally
to compute the diffusion map.
If return_SCE is TRUE, then the function returns an
SingleCellExperiment object, otherwise it returns a ggplot object.
