This is the development version of pRolocdata; for the stable release version, see pRolocdata.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.23)
Mass-spectrometry based spatial proteomics data sets and protein complex separation data. Also contains the time course expression experiment from Mulvey et al. 2015.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.6") and enter:

install.packages("BiocManager")
