| seqDigest {SeqArray} | R Documentation |
Create hash function digests for all or a subset of data
seqDigest(gdsfile, varname, algo=c("md5"), verbose=FALSE)
gdsfile |
a |
varname |
the variable name(s), see details |
algo |
the digest hash algorithm: "md5" |
verbose |
if |
The variable name should be "sample.id", "variant.id",
"position", "chromosome", "allele", "annotation/id",
"annotation/qual", "annotation/filter",
"annotation/info/VARIABLE_NAME", or
"annotation/format/VARIABLE_NAME".
Users can define a subset of data via seqSetFilter and
create a hash digest for the subset only.
A hash character.
