Description: TimeSeriesExperiment is a visualization and analysis toolbox for 
  short time course data. The package includes dimensionality reduction, 
  clustering, two-sample differential expression testing and gene ranking 
  techniques. Additionally, it also provides methods for retrieving enriched 
  pathways.
