ParseSD Parses SD in FlowSOM object

Description

Calculates the standard deviaton of a FlowSOM object

Usage

ParseSD(fsom, marker = NULL)

Arguments

fsom

FlowSOM object, as generated by FlowSOM

marker

If a marker is given, the sd for this marker is shown. Otherwise, the maximum ratio is used.

Value

A vector containing the SDs
