Retrieve Saved packFinder Results (.csv)

Description

Retrieves a dataframe of potential Pack-TYPE elements, previously saved using packSearch followed by packsToCsv.

Usage

getPacksFromCsv(file)

Arguments

file

File path to predicted transposons in CSV format.

Value

Dataframe in the format used by packSearch.
