Additional statistics on the iterations in the form of a data.frame with the following columns:
"Elements retained", "Elements removed", "Mismatches retained",
"Mismatches removed", "False Positive Rate", "Sensitivity", "D". The last column
signifies distance from the diagonal in a ROC curve.
