Make an AnnotationHubMeta resource

Takes a list of PAHD instances and returns a subset matching the requested resource.

makeAnnotationHubMetadata(x, resource = proteomicsAnnotationHubDataResources)

`x`	A list of `PAHD` instances.
`resource`	A `character` of length 1 with the desired resource. See `proteomicsAnnotationHubDataResources` for a list of available resourcs.

A list of PAHD instances, matching resource.
