Usage

read.codeml(rstfile, mlcfile, tree = "mlc", type = "Joint")

Arguments

rstfile

rst file

mlcfile

mlc file

tree

one of 'mlc' or 'rst'

type

one of 'Marginal' or 'Joint'

Value

A treedata object
