Description

This method retrieves and sets the java reference the conceptmapper dictionary

Usage

dictRef(.Object)

Arguments

`.Object`	An instance of class `CMdictionary`
`value`	the reference of a XML Conceptmapper dictionary file already created

Value

java reference to the Conceptmapper dictionary
