_M_a_p_p_i_n_g_s _f_r_o_m _P_D_B _I_D _t_o _A_c_c_e_s_s_i_o_n _n_u_m_b_e_r

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Mapping function from PDB ID (PDB) to the associated Accession
     number (AC)

_U_s_a_g_e:

     pfamPDB2AC(pdb=NULL)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

     pdb: A character vector of PDB ID or NULL (default)

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     If 'pdb' is a vector of PDB ID,  pfamPDB2AC will return a list of
     associated Accession number for the given 'pdb'.  If 'pdb' is
     NULL,  pfamPDB2AC(pdb=NULL) (or pfamPDB2AC()) will return a list
     of associated Accession number for all the PDB ID in the database.
