   * New upstream release
   * Due to a bug in dbconfig-common, previous database updates might not have
     been applied. By dropping all tables but AUTOTIMERS and USERS, the
     creation of a fresh database structure is forced.
   * dbconfig-common doesn't support preinst hook anymore
