Carrier for the contents of a PBEKey stored in a BCFKS keystore.

     PbkdKeyData ::= SEQUENCE {
         keyAlgorithm   UTF8String,
         password       OCTET STRING,
         salt           [0] IMPLICIT OCTET STRING OPTIONAL,
         iterationCount [1] IMPLICIT INTEGER OPTIONAL,
         encoded        [2] IMPLICIT OCTET STRING OPTIONAL
     }
