BCPQC registration for Hawk: Hawk.Mappings.configure(org.bouncycastle.jcajce.provider.config.ConfigurableProvider) populates the provider's KeyFactory, KeyPairGenerator and Signature service tables with the unparameterised "Hawk" form plus per-parameter-set aliases (HAWK-256 / HAWK-512 / HAWK-1024) and their OID aliases.
