Package org.bouncycastle.cert.c509

Holder and builder classes for C509 certificates and certification requests (draft-ietf-cose-cbor-encoded-cert-20), following the pattern of the X.509 classes in org.bouncycastle.cert. Signing and verification are done through operators; lightweight and JCA/JCE verifier providers are in the bc and jcajce sub-packages.
