RELEASE NOTES

	Picking up disarmed weapons now requires that either shields be
	down or that the shield frequency matches the weapon's
	frequency.

	Added the asteroid_field_damage_int to the universe legend, this
	specifies an interval in milliseconds on which damage is to be
	done when flying above the velocity_max of an asteroid field.
	This also means that existing asteroid_field_damage_rate
	values may need to be increased.

	Added the ignoring of hails and messages from certain objects,
	the default key mapped to this function is R but you should
	update your keyboard mapping by going to
	Options->General->Map Keyboard

	Added garbled com messages on SWServ when players send or
	receive messages in nebulas or asteroid fields.
