   * Use libsnmp5-dev instead of libsnmp4.2-dev to consolidate libraries
     somehow.
   * Use the older postgresql-dev instead of libpq-dev.
   * Change the default snort package to be linked with mysql and postgresql
     instead of no database at all.
   * Add the --enable-inline configure option to allow snort to be used as an
     IPS.
