Placing an Order

Discount

Our reseller discount is 

  - 30% on orders for 1-9 mixed items

  - 40% on orders for 10 or more mixed items

Shipping and Handling

For routine delivery in our normal queue, we charge

  - $2.00 plus $0.50 for shipping to USA zipcodes 00 to 79 (UPS ground)

  - $2.00 plus $1.00 per item for shipping to USA zipcodes 80 and greater (UPS ground) or to Canada (tell us whether you want UPS ground or Mail)

  - our cost for shipping overseas (Air Mail)

We charge $10.00 for express handling (same day shipping) and we
charge our cost for express delivery.  Tell us what delivery you want.


Payment and Credit


We will set up a bookstore as a credit customer upon receipt of an
order for $100 or greater (list prices).  Terms: net 30 days.

If you are not already a credit customer, we require prepayment for
any small order.  If we receive your order without prepayment, we will
send a proforma invoice in reply.

We require payment in US dollars.  
Post your CHECK payable by a US bank (or Canadian Postal Money Order);
Phone or Fax your CREDIT CARD information (Visa, Master, Discover,
Diners, JapanCB, Carte Blanche, Amex).  We will accept a WIRE TRANSFER
for your price plus $15.00 surcharge; details available upon request.




Returns


We do not formally authorize particular returns.  We grant credit for

  - defective goods, returned at any time (we pay for shipping)

  - current editions in good condition, returned at any time

  - out-of-print editions in good condition, returned within 6 months

Simply ship the goods back to us with reference to the original
invoice number.

If your return creates a net credit on your account, we will settle
the balance, at your request, by writing a check.
